Kimiko Yoshida

Japanese artist Kimiko Yoshida transforms herself entirely in each one of her many, many self-portraits she's created over the past seven years. Channeling the likes of Matisse, Gaugin, Rembrandt and Picasso, her works of art have been exhibited everywhere from Israel to the USA and France. She seeks to take a feminist stance in protest against contemporary cliches of seduction and the general stereotyped portrayal of women-hood.
