THE FRANKLIN FOUNTAIN is a an old time ice cream and soda parlor. Not only are the ice cream combinations like rocky road and banana split reminiscent to the good old days, so are the employees wearing ties and white button-down shirts.
The experience is great and the ice cream even better!
