The end of the year is upon us and with all the "looking back on 2012" and "best of 2012 lists" I decided to research some of the best emerging fashion designers of the past year. I discovered this Brazilian fashion designer Barbara Casasola, bright colors, clean lines and a little play on transparencies and lengths.
