The Aviary in Chicago has probably the coolest cocktails I have ever seen and heard about.
Cocktails are based on the molecular gastronomy trend and are not made at the bar but in the state-of-the-art drink kitchen!
Now this might not be your go to bar for a quick cocktail, but it sure is an experience as The Aviary brings drinking to another level.
